We welcome James Hallett of Major Brands to walk us through the wonders of the European Cellars portfolio. The European Cellars book offers an amazingly large and diverse group of wines and we are fans of many of them. For this dinner we are going to pull some of our current favorites and Chef DeWayne is going to pair them with his eclectic cuisine.
